My motivation- | did my first boot camp and did not complete it. | joined this one and have forced myself even while sick to continue. At the beginning of the year | had my 3rd child via emergency C-section and then a month later | had another abdominal surgery. After 2 life flights for my youngest and many family members having medical issues | switched gears and decided to get back in shape. I'm very please with my results so far!
